I. Stephanie Boyce joined OvationXL in September 2023. She is an executive mentor, thought leader, commentator and civic educator with a background in the law and global governance.

Stephanie was until October 2022 the president of the Law Society of England and Wales and the first person of colour to hold this position. It took her four attempts to become president. She went from being told she would never make it as a solicitor to leading one of the world’s largest body of solicitors through a number of world crises including the Covid-19 pandemic, the withdrawal in Afghanistan, the war in Ukraine and the death of Her Majesty the Queen, plus over 70 ministerial resignations, through all of which she had to be the agile navigator and enterprise steward. 

Throughout her tenure, her focus was on keeping the ship steady and stable through choppy waters, leaving the role more popular than when she came to it. 

Stephanie advises some of the biggest household names including Linklaters LLP, and is a regular public speaker.

She is a reliable leader in her field. Her work is rooted in integrity and professionalism.
