As well as being an expert CEO coach, Robin is an experienced mediator and has helped reconcile many senior-level relationships, sometimes deemed to be beyond repair, using dynamic, structured, interactive processes to assist disputing parties to resolve conflict. HR: Redundancies

Robin chairs redundancy consultation meetings with HR leadership and CEOs when the client recognises the benefit of having an impartial intermediary to lead the process at a time when the persons involved are often deeply hurt and/or angry. He incorporates conflict resolution techniques into his training and coaching sessions, helping to bring understanding and empathy into each unique situation faced by HR and senior leadership.
