Boost individual performance through 1:1 mentoring

A focused and effective way to grow and improve your business strategy, define your goals, and develop your confidence and skill as a director/partner. Whether you are talented and experienced, or are new to your role, we work with you on an in-person 1:1 basis or online, crafting a bespoke programme to suit your individual needs. Based in Central London, we have coached candidates indifferent locations spanning the entire UK, including London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Leicester, Nottingham, Newcastle, Southampton, Derby, Reading, Ipswich and many more. Internationally, we have supported clients across five continents.

Option one

Almost 100% of our mentoring candidates opt for four, five or six x two-hour individual coaching/mentoring sessions that typically span three to four months - a pace that allows sufficient time for new thinking to embed whilst ensuring momentum is not lost. Individual Director level coaching/mentoring is usually provided in a private room on your premises or at our offices in Central London. The investment per session is £1,195 + VAT*, which includes detailed preparation PLUS typically between 20 – 40 pages of password-protected bespoke notes, issued by email within 48 hours of every mentoring session. Each set contains approximately eight ACTION points. Candidates build up a mini library of practical ideas and techniques to resolve specific issues identified during their free 55-minute pre-session and first live session.

UNIQUE PROMISE with Option One
After four 1:1 coaching/mentoring sessions have been completed with Robin, he uniquely offers unlimited telephone and email coaching support for the next five years at no further cost, until such time as he believes an extra session would be more beneficial. This promise has been in place for more than 15 years. To qualify for this highly unusual offer, your four sessions need to be concluded, and paid for within our stated terms (14 days).

Option two

Telephone coaching/mentoring lasting 45 minutes is available at £795* + VAT per session per month. Most candidates opt for 12 of these shorter sessions.

* Investment covers the detailed preparation work plus bespoke session notes that underpin each coaching/mentoring initiative.

Password-protected session notes typically run to 5 - 10 pages per session.
